| Lauren Bedal | ||
 Lauren Bedal started dancing at the age of three at Denise Sabala Dance Studios in Lake Zurich, IL. Over the years, she has studied ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary dance with Sandra Michael, Sasha Vargas, Kate Khorolinsky, Jamie Farrell, and Lizzie Mackenzie. In High School, Lauren was involved in several musical theater productions including musicals such as Grease, West Side Story, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Footloose, and Will Rogers Follies. Throughout High School, Lauren was also a part of the Orchesis Dance Company where she choreographed several works and received opportunities to perform in pieces choreographed by Cesar Salinas and Zachary Heller of Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, Dori Santarsiere of Thodos Dance Chicago, and Jon Leher. In 2009, Lauren joined the Midwest Dance Collective, a semi-professional performance ensemble based out of Chicago, where she studied with Ellen Werksman. She attended the MDC Summer Intensive for two years as well as the National Dancewerks Summer Intensive. Lauren is currently studying Dance and Design at The Ohio State University. |
