Rebekah Edie (B.F.A. '13) attended high school at the Durham School of the Arts in Durham, North Carolina where she concentrated in modern dance. She was a member of Durham School of the Arts National Honor Society and graduated with an Honors Arts Distinction. She also trained at the Ballet School of Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. In the summers of 2006 and 2007, Rebekah was a student at the American Dance Festival where she studied with ADF faculty members Lisa Race, Curt Haworth, Ishmael- Houston Jones and Pamela Pietro. In 2008, Rebekah was asked to perform Twyla Tharp’s “Torelli” with Duke University’s Dance Department. She is earning her B.F.A. in Dance and B.S. in Anthropology from The Ohio State University.
